Omni Duct Systems is the largest, fully automated, open shop on the west coast. We have 2 Lockformer coil-lines and 5 - 22’ plasma cutters capable of producing over 100,000 pounds of rectangular duct and fittings per day.

Our coil-lines will run 4 or 5 foot wide duct from 26 through 18 gauge. They will level, notch, punch tie-rod holes and bead the duct. Then they will turn either a pittsburg or snaplock seam and apply cold sealant in the seam if required. Then they will turn a TDC flange or S & D connector, then apply glue, liner and pins before breaking the duct in l-sections or full wrap. We also have a 20' Multi-Cam insulation cutting system.

Our method of check-off and material handling, using baskets for staging, assures accuracy and complete, correct, on-time deliveries to your jobsite. This also helps facilitate the loading of the trucks, getting your product to you even quicker. Our 8 acres of land gives us plenty of staging area for any size project.
